I bet you never saw sapphire briolettes used this way! These briolettes accidentally came to me undrilled, so I had to put on my thinking cap to figure out a worthy use for such nice stones. I am pleased with the results of this inspired one of a kind design. The medallion is pure silver. The bail is sterling silver and the beads are facetted aquamarines strung to 15 3/4" in length. I consider this to be one of the liveliest pieces in my current collection!
