This is a beautiful specimen of polished phantom quartz. Phantom quartz is a term used when one quartz crystal grows into another. The skilled cutter, polished this stone so that you can see the perfectly terminated crystal head inside of the quartz cabochon. It is super cool! Picking up on the shape of the crystal, I used a silver wire with the same pattern to make the prong style setting. It comes with a sterling silver 20" chain but the bail is large enough to use this slide on a wide range of neckpiece styles.
