I feel that the rustic hammered texture, and high polished rim is sort of ancient looking, yet the sleek look of the recessed settings give it a contemporary flair. The stones in the 14k gold pendant include blue sapphire, intense ruby, amethyst, rhodolite garnet and peridot. The beads are exceptional quality, nicely sized multi color tourmalines. It is strung to 18.5 inches on a durable synthetic string that moves like silk but won't shred, stretch, or fray like silk. There is a pair of sand dollar earrings to match this necklace or if you prefer not exactly matching your earrings to your necklace, check out the plain hammered earrings with melted rim.
