This heavy silver medallion/pendant has a snowflake motif. It has quite a bit of weight for its size because it is solid, not hollow. I made it using a technique called precious metal clay or PMC for short. (PMC is fine silver, or sterling silver dust in a binding agent that gets burned out in a kiln after you work it like clay into your desired sculpture, leaving only your solid silver piece remaining once fired.)
