Australian boulder opal, and a green gemstone (which could be chrysoprase or jade or something else altogether. Sorry I'm not sure.) in the whimsy design. It is a sterling silver setting strung on apatite facetted beads to 18 1/4" long with a large lobster claw clasp and a large figure eight loop.
